Eric leads Regenerate as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), taking the role in June of 2026. He is a seasoned executive leader with 30+ years of experience driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Proven record of scaling organizations, securing multi-billion-dollar financings, and leading high-performing teams through complex strategic initiatives. Recognized for aligning financial strategy with corporate vision, building investor confidence, and delivering sustainable enterprise value.

Prior to Regenerate, Eric was a senior executive at Pathway Energy, Longview Power, Competitive Power Ventures and MACH Gen. He also worked for Constellation, PG&E National Energy Group, CapitalSource and began his career at Ernst & Young. Eric holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Accounting from Old Dominion University.
