Erik Norgren

General Manager

Erik Norgren is General Manager of the Albany Green Energy biomass energy facility in Albany, GA. Prior to assuming this position, he managed engineering services and NERC regulatory management for AGE’s parent company, ReGenerate Energy Holdings. Before joining the ReGenerate portfolio in 2011, Erik worked for Boralex as manager of their technical department, where he focused on improving the electrical/mechanical engineering and maintenance programs of Boralex’s biomass power facilities. Erik previously held positions at Calpine, Exxon, Westinghouse, R&B Falcon Drilling and Arctic Ice. He is a graduate of Maine Maritime Academy and Texas A&M University.
